Patients needing admission are treated at the attached hospital, where the doctor takes rounds every morning.

Long-term medicines are not extended over the phone. A short follow-up visit keeps the dose and the reports up to date.
Questions patients ask
Do I need to come fasting?
Only if a fasting sugar or lipid test is planned. If you are unsure, come for the morning OPD without eating and ask at the desk first.
Can I just continue my old medicines?
Doses for diabetes, blood pressure and thyroid need review as reports change. Continuing an old prescription for years without a check is not safe.
Will I be put on insulin?
Not unless it is needed. If it is advised, the reason is explained and you are taught how to use it before you leave.
Can reports be sent on WhatsApp?
The lab sends reports directly to you. Discussion of the results happens at the follow-up visit, not over chat.
When should I go to emergency instead?
Chest pain, sudden breathlessness, weakness on one side, fainting, or a very high fever with confusion — go to the nearest hospital at once.
